Parents Information

Before your child can begin their DofE then they must have returned a parental consent form and an enrolement form to the adult that runs their DofE group.

If you download the 'new starter info pack' document on the left, then you will find the parental consent form at the end of the pack.  Please print it out and fill it in after you have read the whole document.

The enrolment form is also in the document, on this form you have to state what activities your child will be doing for their DofE sections.  If your child isn't sure what to do as an activity for any of their sections then please visit the 'Your DofE' page of this site.
